"Overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time at Taroko Gorge. However, that also means the area around is pretty remote and transportation is limited. It is a good budget hostel to stay at if you are staying for a few days. "

"Really close to train station and bus to Taroko, dorm is nice, there is a personal closet for big backpack, a locker above the bed and some space to put our stuff. Breakfast is simple, toast and fat add-on: chocolate paste, peanut butter and sweet margarine, but sadly no jam. There is tea but no coffee. The staff is nice, common space is huge, good place to stay."

The place is really well organised with clean shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bedroom is very clean and the shower room has a separate door for toilet.
