"Unbeatable location. Just a few minutes walk from the front train station. Serve simple breakfast, free coffe/tea. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd stayed with WOW and really love it. Highly recommend. And will stay in whenever I go Hualien"

"The front desk girl is very nice and helpful, always welcome you when you need anything. It is a pleasant stay due to the excellent service"

"Great place, the room is so lovely and clean. If have time, I'll come back again"

"A bit far away from the train station but very close to the night market Very convenient check in procedure, but recommend checking in earlier that day as passport info needs to be verified. I contacted the staff via Facebook and whatsapp who responded quickly. View was also spectacular, facing entirely the ocean. "

"Really wonderful stay & great host! Clean and comfortable and great location."

"Overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time at Taroko Gorge. However, that also means the area around is pretty remote and transportation is limited. It is a good budget hostel to stay at if you are staying for a few days. "

"ideally located near the train station, bus stop, bike rental, breakfast places"

"I have to say this hotel really has a good location to go and back not far train station. If you don't have a car and depend on public transit. It is a good choice. Place is not a best looking building but room is really clean with good help when you ask for it."

"They gave me the wrong door code for my room; if I hadn't met someone from the same room, I could have been stranded. The lockers don't work. If you turned the actual face of the code part, it would open the door; you didn't need a code. No night lights for navigation, so the room light was on all night. No towels clearly made available - had to grab one from the front desk. No clear place to return them or the slippers. Had to ask someone where to find the slippers in the first place. The...

"Nice reception, the room was nice and cosy"

"環境服務好，態度誠懇，交通方便，附近餐廳經濟實惠。"

"The worst is the noise. I stayed in a room with a window. But there was an electric wire, so the window didn't close. And the noise outside sounded the same. It was really loud. And on the bed, ants crawled around. There was a bad smell in the bathroom"

"Pros: Spacious room Cons: Moldy smell in the room. Should be aired every day."

"Near main train station, car/scooter/bike rental and many souvenir stores. Nice and clean. Suitable when you need a place to take a rest at night."

"Really close to train station and bus to Taroko, dorm is nice, there is a personal closet for big backpack, a locker above the bed and some space to put our stuff. Breakfast is simple, toast and fat add-on: chocolate paste, peanut butter and sweet margarine, but sadly no jam. There is tea but no coffee. The staff is nice, common space is huge, good place to stay."

"The staff, the location, the facility. Everything is just soo perfect! Soo recommended to staying here!"

"很棒的休憩空間"

"We stayed in a private room with private bathroom, which I believe they have plenty despite the name "hostel." The place is really well organised with clean shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bedroom is very clean and the shower room has a separate door for toilet. We checked in after the normal check-in time and received the check-in information in details making it super smooth when we arrived in late evening. Guests that we met were polite, clean, and quiet, making it very...
