"The hotel is rather dirty. Since there is no partition between the shower and the toilet, water can easily flood the bathroom and spill out of the bathroom. Faucet and tiles were moldy and given only one elevator working it can take up to 5 min to get up or down. Staff was nice."

"The property is a little over presented what you see in the picture is not what it really looks like in reality. Location is central but the room amenities are hard to use or not usable at all. If you want to upgrade there isnt much option. The staff was the best part of our stay especially the Manager Zhang Na. On our first night, they informed us of the water outage which was not the greatest news when you travel over 2000 kms to get there."

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"We found the accommodation easily, after catching the subway from the airport to Dong Dan Subway station. The staff at the counter were lovely but didn't understand English. They use a translation app to communicate all the things we needed to know. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but was definitely of a okay standard.
