"I was looking for a low-cost hotel that felt clean and safe. The SilverStone Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley was a great choice. The clerk at check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean. The free continental breakfast was from 6-9 AM but they also gave a voucher for Denny's (in the same parking lot just a short walk away). Denny's breakfast was from 6-10 AM. "We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful. It looked like they have a very cool pool, but we didn't have a chance to use it."

"This property needs a major overhaul. The staff was kind and accommodating but the building itself is in poor condition. Screens on the windows were worn and many coming apart, bathroom was outdated, and the smell of the room was very unpleasant. I felt they were masking or covering up a very bad odor it came across as overbearing to the point our clothes smelled like it in the morning.
