"We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Crown Hotel. It has been recently renovated so everything was clean and bright and functioning. It also had good AC. The room was spacious and had a desk, chair and wardrobe. The beds were comfortable, not too soft. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The location was near restaurants and shops including grocery stores. There were several buses running frequently to the city Centre. However, younger people could easily walk."
"The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."
"Stayed in room 3 for 2 nights, the room was clean and modern, but the tv didn’t have a remote control available and when a replacement was provided the tv still wouldn’t work.

"Delightful accommodation in a beautiful village pub.
As a family of three, we stayed in the Superior Suite, Room 4.
Our window view was a charming old church.
Room/linen was spotless, towels were hotel quality, powerful shower, comfy beds, amazing cooked breakfast and kind hosts.
No pub noise and we stayed on a Fri and Sat night. It's very quiet. Safe car parking right outside too. Dog friendly.
Great location if visiting Cotswolds/Diddly Squat and The Farmer's Dog.

"The River Hotel is a very charming small hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, like homemade, and the hospitality was excellent. The negatives are that it was quite hot (heatwave) with no air conditioning, and the considerable noise of the road/bridge work right outside the window. They did provide fans. That being said, we would consider returning during more pleasant weather and when the roadwork is complete.

"I stayed 2 nights at The Bell Inn, and found it to be quiet and comfortable. Tucked away from the crowds, but within easy reach of all the charming Cotswold villages. The food was also tasty. They do an included continental breakfast of yogurt, granola, fruits, croissants, and jam. But ordering dinner there is worthwhile. Nice place for a pint and a pizza."
"Het was een schoon, prettig hotel voor een nacht Oxford. We hadden twee standard rooms, die waren helemaal prima voor ons. De bedden lagen lekker en er stond een ventilator voor de warmte. Er was iemand aanwezig bij aankomst, die was zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op 25 min lopen van alle bezienswaardigheden. We zijn erg tevreden!"
