"The Crown is a nice property. However, being in the City Center, the area is very congested and a bit unsavory. The walk to Old Oxford is fine. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel isn’t enjoyable for walking. The hotel location doesn’t lend itself to coming back and forth to the historical district during the day."
"Just got back from a 2 night stay. Absolutely charming place to stay staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to the Center just a brief stroll down the lane would definitely come back to stay again. The dog loved it too"

The room was small but didn't feel too cramped, though the bed did feel smaller than a standard double which was a bit of an adjustment for my wife and I. The entrance at the side with the bar there was odd and not sure about the rubbish bins out front. The staff were helpful and easy to reach via email. The street noise was louder than the bar noise."
"Het was een schoon, prettig hotel voor een nacht Oxford. We hadden twee standard rooms, die waren helemaal prima voor ons. De bedden lagen lekker en er stond een ventilator voor de warmte. Er was iemand aanwezig bij aankomst, die was zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op 25 min lopen van alle bezienswaardigheden. We zijn erg tevreden!"
