"Nice people in the front desk "

"No ice bucket liner, ice-maker on our floor not in service, found dirty panties in our bathroom, dirty shirt in closet. Sign on pool says open until 12, was told to get out at 10 because it was closed, but was told we could swim until 12 for 100 bucks. We thought breakfast was ready at 6, but at 6:40...nothing..this makes 2nd time, so maybe we are wrong, we only know what we were told at check-in"

"The overall stay was good. When I first walked into the hotel I was a little concerned because there was a pet odor that was pretty strong. However, the halls and our room did not have this pet odor. Our room was clean and comfortable. "
