"On arrival was abit hesitant to be honest as right near the railway line and car park had a large buzzing generator. Our fears were unfounded as facilities were excellent.Rooms were at the back , a series of chalets with their own locked security corridor .Motion sensor lights made it easy to see in the dark . Rooms were modern and very clean .Towels arranged like swans when we arrived making it look very luxurious.Rooms were warm and each room had a small balcony over looking the river . We ate...

"Having arrived in the town, I was called by the owner stating the toilet in the room had been flooded or something by previous guests and so there was no room for me to have. I then had to spend double the cost of the room on another room, and so now need to claim my money back. This was not helped by there being a music festival going on and most rooms in the town were already occupied. Yes the guy was very sorry and all that, but this was half an hour before I was due to check in."
