"Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

"We were there for 9 nights and house keeping never came to clean our room even though I was told that I was required to let them in every 72 hours and we called to let them know that they hadn’t cleaned our room since we got here and they told us that they would put a request in but they never came to clean our room. "The staff is very nice and accommodating. It was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the beach with parking for a fee available. This was my third time staying there and I have enjoyed every stay. "
