"Everything was gross and broken. The towels were stained. Disgusting."

"The property was good. The cleanliness of the room sucked. The bed smelled like urine and a dead fish. I was tired and needed sleep so I didn’t ask for a room exchange. I showered in the evening and had to shower again in the morning because the smell of the bed was so rank I could smell it on my body. I feel like I should be refunded or the hotel should make things right with me."

"Walls are thin, you can hear people talking all night. The cars from the street seem like they’re inside your room."

"Room carpet wasn’t vacuumed pieces of trash around room on floor"

"Check in was very pleasant. The desk staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast bar was great! There were many options. Hotel is showing its age. The housekeeping staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean. Property was clean. Check-in was easy. This was a good option for our trip."

"Front desk wasn't helpful asked for extra towels never got them. Breakfast area looked dirty. The bathroom sink counter was falling of the wall."

"Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better shape. This time we stayed it could use some updating."
