"Only stayed here one night at the end of a trip to be close to the airport. This is an exceptional stay. It is unique and stunning. There are 6 hot tubs, a koi pond, a waterfall and a pool - all inside of the hotel lobby with the rooms built around all of it! Amazing. Staff were also exceptional. Loved our room on the second floor as it is the only floor with private balconies overlooking the lobby. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but it is included and coffee, tea and juice are...

"We had a lovely stay at The Sapphire! As others have noted, it is a renovated motel that embraces the retro vibe, but has a modern feel. The people who work there are lovely and helpful. The rooms are super spacious and quite comfortable. Parking is easy, and the place is well located for folks who don't mind a little bit of walking (or just driving). "The room was clean and the staff was super helpful. The room was fairly basic (which is what you pay for) but it had everything we needed. The airport shuttle service was excellent. They picked us up after midnight within 10 minutes of us calling. The shuttle back arrived exactly when we'd asked for it. We were very satisfied."
