"The property was very clean and nice. Only problem was that the heater (it was raining and cold 40 degrees outside) would run very loud then only go on auto which means kept shutting off and on. It was very dramatic. Not a huge deal unless you are trying to sleep and wake up very early but the noise if this off and on would just help waking us up. Not even sure that’s something that can be fixed. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Toilet is VERY low and hard for old knees to get up off....

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult as I get older to carry a suitcase and other things up the steps. Also, the front doors do not open automatically, which is also cumbersome when managing luggage."
