"Room very clean; staff incredibly nice especially at the check-in; check-in process very fast; parking nice and lucky to have a spot in front of my room window and so was able to see my car from inside; quieter side of hotel at my request when I told her I was in the hotel in preparation of an exam; she was very helpful. I regret I didn't ask her name; but she was the one at 3PM yesterday Sunday. This morning staff nice too. I didn't interact much with; but I called at 10:38AM for extension at...

"The room was quite small, and the blanket was not clean. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway that could be clearly heard inside the room, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay was disappointing."

"Hotel has on going remodeling thru out,not the cleanest. It appears they are definitely working hard to improve the hotel. We did however feel very safe while there ,and everyone was very friendly and welcoming ."

"The room itself was fine enough. Amenities were a tiny bar of soap and nothing else. Room was dated, but clean from what I saw. Could've done without people constantly standing outside smoking weed, but they also didn't bother me, so to each their own. Check out was a nightmare though. Check out time was posted as 11am, fine. I wanted to leave early and head back home anyway. Problem was that no one was at the check in desk until 10am. So for 3 hours, I sat in my room waiting for someone to...

"It is so clean"

"Good room with a good space. The WiFi was too slow, and the staff were friendly and supportive."

"We stayed 6 days. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok,but you could get coffee all day!. The staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you Raj and Day,it was a pleasure."

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again"

"Na"

"Room was not the cleanest, looks like the bathroom floor was not cleaned prior to the last occupant. A lightbulb was burnt out at the nightstand as well. Breakfast was advertised, however coffee was not brewed by 7:45am and there were limited breakfast options; oatmeal packets and breakfast bars. In the bright side, the front desk staff was very friendly."

"The room was clean with convenient parking. Other guests smoked outside and talked loudly on the phone right outside the door on several occasions which wasn't great."

"The children enjoyed the pool and breakfast."

"The stay itself was okay, but the hotel takes zero responsibility for issues with third-party bookings and payments. Management continuously passed the buck, claiming everything was the third party's responsibility rather than helping resolve the issue. It was so frustrating that I cancelled my plans to extend and moved to a different hotel for the rest of my trip"
