"Great location, two local pubs are fun, rooms were very pleasant. Apart from one sweet young cleaner, I didn't see any staff. Personally i hate automated check in and the pin numbers etc hadn't come through so I was stuck outside (with a couple of other new guests) for half an hour. No answer to the phone calls either. Real people might cost money but they determine how a place is perceived."
"The location is the best attribute as a short walk from the bus station, around the corner from Eyre Square and a short walk from the tourist streets. This is a hostel not a hotel so buyer beware, college student noise to be expected. The room was adequate although the shower did spill out into the bathroom floor and there were no anti-slip pads in place. I did take advantage of the afternoon tea time to get away from my group and read a book."
"Ryan's Hotel is a nice place to stay while visiting Cong. The hotel serves a good breakfast and the Crowe's Nest has a nice bar and delicious food. I had the chicken curry which was outstanding. The on site parking is a nice plus, too."
"I stayed at the property for two nights. The bed was about right for a single person in the room was quite small but impeccably clean as I understand. It’s very new. I tried to book again for the weekend, but the price was extremely high and I decided to go elsewhere. I found it fascinating that it was a digital check-in, but it was fast and efficient. Please note if you’re carrying luggage, you have to carry that upstairs if you’re older and your luggage is heavy that might be a consideration...

The service in the bars and dining room was speedy and efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly."
"There were multiple restaurants in the area although we did not use them we rented one of the largest so we did cooking at the property bed was very comfortable, very considerate touches such as milk, juice, and homemade scones upon arrival"
