"Near to the station (& the High Street is almost on your doorstep). Great town & hotel is in easy reach of various attractions (maybe a lick of paint in the room wouldn’t hurt, but beds comfy). We went to a day festival at Vivary Park, which is a 15-20 min walk. It did rain, but everything dried out in our room overnight (Room 40 is above the Boiler Room). We used a fan & opened window.
Staff kindly stored our luggage, when we went to lunch before catching a train home. They don’t do food, but...
"Lovely friendly staff. Great location and parking was easy. Facilities in the room were good, including a coffee machine and a great fan. We had a really tasty breakfast with a good selection available , I had the eggs Royale and my husband had the full English. Would definitely recommend."
"The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. "Very clean , nice room. Becuase there were no staff and I had one minor issue i contacted them, and got back to me quickly and helped me. Some of the rooms don’t specify clearly which kitchen utilities there are, and I think that could be useful for some people. Overall, great stay, i recommend if your travelling for work or visiting as it comes with the necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, enough toilet roll, towels ect"
"Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card."
"Lovely house. Clean neat & tidy. Outside wood burning hot tub a real winner. Bedrooms are all a good size and en-suite. lovely lounge, large kitchen and separate dining room. Close to amenities and bars. Good take away curry just 250 yards up the road."
"Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure.

"The yurt itself was amazing, beautiful and very clean with the added charm of your own private hot tub and fire pit, the downside for us was the private toilet/ shower was situated away from the yurt and at night no lighting & very dark the torch provided sadly didnt work. The communal kitchen are was beautiful however the induction hob didn’t work, a Pyrex oven dish that was filthy with caked on food, a couple of dirty pan and pan cupboard that needed cleaning, otherwise to a high spec finish....
