"The beds and pillow were wonderfully comfortable. The location is great, close to downtown and restaurants.
No coffee pot in the room and no shampoo or conditioner provided.
Very bare bones but if you just need a place to stop, it’s OK"
"Everything was good, except the toilet would "run" sometimes. I reported at checkout, and they made a note for maintenance so hopefully that got fixed. I would recommend staying there."
"Clean room, great location. Mattress was squeaky no hairdrier and shampoo and conditioner. Shower was fritzy. Overall not a terrible place to stay on a budget."
"Checked into my room, when I walked in, there was a string chemical smell. Then, after laying in bed for a while, watching a show on my phone, a roach crawled on the bed next to me. Called the front desk. She switched me to another room, saying, "But, it's non- smoking". I told her the first one was supposed to be and she said it wasn't bc my reservation was for smoking. I double-checked, wrong. I reserved non-smoking in the first place. Then, the top security lock was broken on the door so I...
"The window was dirty. The towels were stained the tub had a huge patch of fiberglass on the bottom that was rough and hurt your feet. I had to wear flip flops to shower. The shower was stuck on so when you turned the water on you couldn’t adjust the temp before getting hit with freezing water.
I’m a big disabled guy and they didn’t have an elevator. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. The door had to be pushed open because it was dragging on the carpet. It was hard to close...
"Hotel is older and you can tell but it's clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast did not have a very large selection but everything was cooked well, fresh, and tasted fine and my family had plenty. Ample parking. Second time staying at this hotel and I recognized some staff from last year, which means at least not all the staff positions have a high turnover rate."
"I’ve been to about ~20 hotels in my life in various states and this was one of the biggest & nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in for the price. The only thing I would recommend is adding bacon for breakfast but this hotel was so beyond my expectations that I can’t give this location less than 5 stars over a breakfast preference. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through."
