"Top floor has live music at night and great prices drinks and food. Food, great quality and staff is most helpful and positive! Improvement, there is old caulking and some messy grout in shower and around the toilet floor, which causes some areas to grow mold in the caulking.Caulking should be replaced. Otherwise very helpful, lovely staff and convenient location from airport!!"

Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe."

I should not have had to pay for an upgrade considering the room I booked was not ready. The room was not clean and I had to request the room be cleaned. The room door was broken also. I was told it would be fixed that day, and two days passed and it was not fixed. The staff was kind. They were willing to help get things in place, but they should have...

"Disappointing response from reservation team while trying to book. Confirmed for airport pick up but hotel did not arrange. Meal options were limited and small portions along with very restrictive "complimentary" breakfast. Overall service and care of customers was quite low."

"The standard room was ok *too small and dim), i moved to an executive instead because of the size. Staff was helpful, my stay was quiet in the hotel & community surrounding. If you no bells & whistles get a standard room but if you need more space (similar to a usa comfort hotel) get an executive or better. All were very affordable..."

"The hotel doesn’t live up to what is stated in the overview. The pool is being renovated, the rooms are very dim and smell of moth balls. Top of off, my phones were stolen, I originally thought that I left them in my friends car. When asked to see the security tapes, the manager viewed them with my friend standing there not allowing him to see and asked him to come back the next day. None of it made since, this place is a tourist worst nightmare. "
