"I was very impressed at the level of service from our registration process to the excellent breakfast served the next morning. I guage every hotel on how good the shower is. This was the best shower I ever had in a hotel. I give them the best review of any hotel I have ever stayed in!"

"The room was clean. There were no bugs. The lobby and pool area were clean. The hallway by the rooms was kinda dirty. Carpet was old and dirty. One room apparently was broken into. Dont know why. Might be people living in the hotel? Breakfast was typical hotel Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels etc. The orange juice was empty and never refilled. It was fine for a night on the road. Front desk clerk was super friendly. "

"We loved staying here! The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Being right next to the lake was beautiful, quiet, and we felt very safe. They really went the extra mile in making sure our visit was enjoyable. We appreciated the decor--Very 1950-1960ish, but clean. Our only suggestion would be to have another chair in the room besides the desk chair. If we are ever in the area again, we'll be happy to stay here!"
