It should be enough that I gave them the privilege of hosting me. I have never understood special taxes snd fees on tourists and travelers, as if we don't have a choice where to visit and stay."

Motels in this area are pretty much are all the same but after new management/ownership remodeled and put in the back, honestly my new favorite place to stay. The older man and his son (only guessing not sure if family), are polite, professional, kind, and accommodating! Will be in my top 3 for Wilkesbarre/Scranton area for sure! "Stayed here for three nights (Fri-Sat-Sun). Front desk normally shuts down around 11, but they stayed open later to check us because we called and explained we were coming from far away, which was helpful/needed. The room itself was as-advertised (king bed, fridge, microwave, newer AC unit, etc.) but quite small. The bathroom in particular was cramped, and the shower stall was about 2' x 2'. I was borderline banging my elbows the whole time, and If I were bigger/taller, I literally wouldn't have...
