"Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. They did have a nice maintenance card that I completed and left when we checked out."

"Very nice place. Nice to have the restaurant across from hotel. Restaurant is awesome. Great food."

"I reserved a signature cabin and the placement didn't disappoint. It was nice and clean and the weather was nice enough to enjoy the fire pit. I stayed in the cabin named Nell and I would stay there again."

"I was told Breakfast was only during the week when I arrived and it was also served on the weekends. My room was dirty and the beds had looked slept on. The bathroom was also dirty upon arrival."

"Excellent"

"The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool water was amazingly warm, that's hard to find in hotels. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator which was rough with so much heavy luggage. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%."

"My family and I were in the area for a cross-country event. Our suite was clean and spacious with two bathrooms. My kids had fun swimming in their large pool. My only complaint really is that there was not much of a selection for the continental breakfast. Just cereal and waffles, but their a KwikTrip across the street with great selections. If your in the area try Tulum mexican restaurant. Lots of food for a fair price."

"Did not receive the room that I booked through website. Booked two beds and only received one. Room was also handicap accessible which had bench in tub so was not able to use the tub after a long day of driving. The breakfast was just blah and definitely nothing special. Whirlpool would turn off it seemed after 5 minutes and it was extremely annoying to have to get out so often to turn back on. Room was hot on first arrival and took about 2 hours to come down to temperature and the carpet...

"Staff was amazing and very accommodating"

"Not very clean, gnats in the room. No breakfast available, and no one at counter to check out at 8:15am."

"I can’t believe people gave this place a good rating… tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom and other areas. Door to bathroom obviously has had water damage. Heating/water lines with rust:paint damage. All of that was nothing compared to the neighbors who had a large dog barking and two screaming children on top of the Packer game. What a disappointment. We purposely stayed out of the Valley to escape the Packer noise and got the neighbor from he— instead. Would not recommend this hotel to...

"Think our cabin was missed on prep list to clean. Beds were very hard, Water slide out of order wish that was updated when booking that was a good reason we picked that location. Even with that said the lady at front was great. I would be willing to try it again because I think that campground had alot to explore."

"Canceled my room 2 months before, by then there was nothing available except a few high dollar places to stay "

"Everything went smoothly. Got door code to the house. Plenty of room for my small family group. AC units were cranking away so inside was comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and appliances. They allowed a pet (with supervision and restrictions), and answered any and all questions quickly. Primary contact was email, but had a phone number that was never needed. It is like staying at grandmas house. And note no wifi / network. Cell coverage was ok so not an issue. Follow her rules and no...
