"Great stay in Eagle River!"

"The location is a perfect distance tucked back in the woods, but also just 15 min away from town. The cabin was cozy and just right for 2 adults. The ceiling in the loft is a bit low and the staircase is pretty narrow, so smaller people would be more comfortable. The wood burning stove to heat the house was a bit of a challenge to get going, but once we did, it made the cabin nice and toasty! We found that when the wood burning stove got going, we literally had hundreds of flies in the loft...

"This is our 7th year renting a house on the chain and this was by far the best yet! The size of the house, proximity to the lake, and entertaining space was fantastic! The ability to rent to pontoon was a plus. The only drawbacks were lack of ladder on the pier, lack of garbage can space for a large group and the house binder/info could be more robust or manager comms better. We would stay again anytime- thanks for a great week! "

We saw deer, bald eagles, loons and cranes. A true Northwoods location! Only a short drive into Boulder where you can shop or dine out. "This was our first trip to Conover to ride UTV trails. Not knowing anything about the area, we found this lovely cabin to be perfectly located. It was very easy to find. We could access trails within less than a mile from the cabin. Restaurant/bars close by. If you come for water sports, theres plenty of access to water, as well.
