"The location was great. The room was really hot in the night time as there was no air-conditioning and the bathroom and shower were really tiny. We only had breakfast in the room so having a kettle, fridge and toaster was great. We never did use the stove. We appreciated the fact that the staff honored our request of not putting us in the basement apartments. It would have been nice to have more than one towel each for a week."

"I guess I didn’t realize the rooms were student housing, so I shared a bathroom with another suite occupant. That was okay. No available cooling source in my room, windows opened a little bit, but no air circulation on this hot week. No extra towels in bathroom. Had to ask the concierge replenish the toilet paper. Staff were all very helpful and polite. I did enjoy my stay, but it felt more like a nice hostel than a hotel."

"Could be more clear that you'll be staying in rooms above a nightclub - - they provided earbuds, but stepping out for food at night and then having to leave early in the morning through the sticky floors of reception was not the best experience. I had an early flight Sunday morning and even on the top floor (3rd floor) I could still hear the music playing and people in the back alley singing and yelling. It was a cheap rate, but the Camden St area is a gong show at night. Be prepared."

"The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel.
