"The tubs in our rooms were not clean , carpet had red stains on it looked to be like blood office staff said it was paint but yet there was nothing in the hotel or in the rooms that was painted red. Would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. The construction workers hung out in the parking lot drinking beer felt very unsafe going to and from the car. Pool was out of order. "Check in was challenging. We requested a quiet room and we arrived to the room closest to a busy road. Our shower drain was clogged, so I showered in dirty water. The internet was intermittent the entire two days. The area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is right by the intersection of two busy highways. It’s noisy. I would not stay there again. Also they were still working on the building we were in. The two upper rooms were done but the bottom was not. We heard construction noise until...

"We missed our favorite breakfast item “Waffles” coz the breakfast helper’s attitude. When I brought to her attention that there was no waffle batter, her response was that she was not going to make the batter coz breakfast time was almost over (in 15 minutes)"

"To start, I thought the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and tidy, and everything was working in order. I guess if I had one small complaint it would be the.selection for breakfast, a larger selection of fruits and maybe some danish / donuts / yogurt would have been nice, along with a variety of different flavored tea bags."
