"My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon...

"Was in the area with several other families for state youth bowling. Majority of the families including myself all reserving double queen rooms being paid for prior to getting there. Upon check in one person got the room they had paid for all others got one bed rooms. I was offered a roll away bed which I took because I needed two beds but overall not happy with my experience and check in area smelt like weed was being smoked in the office. "Staff was funny,friendly and helpful. Location is nice and everything was clean and beds comfortable. Pool was a little small. Breakfast was good. "

"The bathroom wasn’t clean and I was taken a back. It appeared as if the entire shower surround wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. The inside of the toilet had a 1” urine ring in it also. There are pot holes up the road and entering the parking lot. I would only stay here if it was the only place open. "

"Staff was amazing; super friendly, no matter time of day they greeted you with a smile and always said hello. Breakfast was awesome every morning and the service staff was on top of cleaning and checking to make sure everything was ok. By far the overall nicest stay i have had in a long time!! Thank you!"

"Great value. Clean, comfy beds, helpful amenities including a fridge in the room, adjoining rooms, nice variety at breakfast. Pool was a little cold but my niece loved it. Hot tub was huge. Small but very functional gym. Quick drive to lots of outdoor spaces including Lapham Peak. Walkable to tons of shops and little fast casual restaurants including ice cream and Starbucks. Easy off/on to highway and convenient to everything we were doing in Delafield and Waukesha. We have family in the area...

"Breakfast minimal. Thin walks. Shouting in the hallway during the night. Staff not preset at check in. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for anyone. Mild in shower and shower curtain dirty. Little heat."

"Breakfast is fair. I’ve had much better at other hotels in the area. But the hotel is comfortable and clean and staff was very kind. "

"The staff is very courteous and accommodating to me. I have a very bad back and travel with an ice pack that they put in their freezer for me every day. My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean."
