"We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure."

"I love the traditional tatami rooms here. The ‘Bekkan’ is an annex and based in an older building that is charmingly done. It has its own baths, but you have access to the bigger and outdoor baths at the main building a block away. We hadn’t ticked the dinner box when reserving. Dining options in this town may be somewhat limited as most onsen inns serve meals inside. The restaurants fill up. We ordered the dinner when we arrived. "Caution to staying here. Pros: almost secluded with nature; very nice storage container changed into a good mobile home stay; self operated. Cons: NO shuttle/taxi/bus services to this lodging. (I even asked the manager/ possibly owner female Japanese woman, if she could give me a ride to the closest bus stop for the airport limousine bus pickup. This stop is at the VERY beginning of the ENTIRE area of onsens in Kurokawa onsens. The so-called bus stop that’s 2 minutes away from the lodging is...
