"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."

We booked three rooms, and every single one had an overwhelming, unbearable cigarette smell. The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. "I came to Fayetteville for a concert with my longtime friend and the moment we step into the hotel we felt at home..the cleanest and comfortable hotel I have experienced in years,so A PLUS!!!! The staff from front desk to the cleaning staff are exceptional, no complaints make me want to stay longer!!! Excellent !!!"
