"This was stopover for us, family of 5 driving back to the UK from the south if France. Booked a family room, which had 3 single beds and a double. All family rooms are corner rooms - plenty if space and very clean / comfortable. The hotel bathroom is a little dated but very clean. Great shower over the bath - very powerful. Nothing around the area, so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was busy.ok food for a stopover hotel. Staff all very friendly. In all I would recommend. "

"I would strongly recommend anyone looking at this place to look elsewhere. Our room was not like the pictures at all, it was dirty with bad sheets that were ripped and stained. The bath and shower didn’t have a curtain and the amenities were falling off the walls. The room walls were stained and marked all over. "Overall an excellent stay, room was good so was check in including accommodating dogs. I have scored low on service mainly because of the overnight porter/reception attendant. Twice on leaving and entering the hotel to let dogs relieve themselves including 5am there was absolutely no acknowledgement to our greeting to him or even eye contact to either my partner or myself which we both felt was rude and not very good for customer service. "Loved, loved, loved it! Perfectly positioned in Dijon within easy walking distance of so many historical sites, places to shop, and lovely restaurants! Parking was pretty easy (may be harder at peak travel times) and the gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. This place is super cool! The hotel is in a historic building and when you walk out of reception you step into a courtyard where you feel transported right back to medieval times. A small fountain to the left,...

"Very quirky - two interconnecting rooms for the price of one! Very simple and basically furbished, beautiful large bathroom and separate loo. We had the garden room (more like a small apartment minus kitchen!) so were woken by the dawn chorus! Considering we were five minutes' walk from the centre of Dijon, this was amazing - so quiet! Would recommend."

"This is a very typical small French hotel, although better appointed than many we have stayed in, Room was cosy but clean, quiet, warm (we stayed in Jan) and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Having the bar and restaurant attached was useful, although this is only a short walk from the centre of Beaune with all it's sights, bars and restaurants. Lots of parking was also a bonus."
