"Very pleased with this property. Easy walking distance to local bus station, open air market, and the shop-lined pathways following the caldera. I was treated to a warm welcome with complimentary bag storage and coffee/tea upon arrival and departure. Room was recently renovated with specular results. Very nice interior finishes with a spacious bathroom. The superior room also included a generously sized glass-enclosed deck with partial ocean view. It was amazingly quiet given its central...
"The location was perfect for the sunset
No internet network in the room
Breakfast was fine , the same things every morning!
The lady at the reception was not very friendly"
"Beautiful sunrise views.
Pretty pool & hot tub.
5 minute walk to bus stop & town center.
Of the places I stayed in Athens & Crete, this was my favorite place!"
"Staff was wonderful and very helpful. From airport pick up and dropoff to givingus recommendations on where to eat. Our room was great, we really enjoyed the hot tub and the soaker tub. Be prepared to walk some stairs depending on where your room is. Our overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends"
"Helpful and friendly staff, who made our stay very enjoyable. Very clean room, with a very comfortable bed. Very clean, tidy and well kept hotel, right next to the beach, with free use of their sun loungers and beach towel. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice.
Overall, a very nice place to relax and spend a few days, and the staff make it the most enjoyable place. Thank you very much for your hospitality!!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ"
"I wouldn’t stay again. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was the same temperature. The made a big deals about towels coming in the room counting towels and ppl. You also have to rent pool towels. AC only works when the key is inside and there is only 1 key the bartender was friendly and great energy. The beds were good and comfy for large groups. I hade 4 kids so it was 7 of us parents, 4 kids and my mom. There was space for everyone. The shower was good and the water was always hot. It...
"Der var daglig butik lige over vej ved hotel, morgenmad kunne man finde i gå distance fra hotel. Personalet var imødekommende og behjælpeligt med taxa og oplevelser. Bestemt en hotel man gerne ville besøge igen"
"By far the best hotel I have stayed at abroad. We honestly did not have big expectations because we were budgeting our trip by staying on a cheaper side of the island, but the location was perfect.
Beach is steps away across the street from the hotel. The property itself is well-maintained and clean. The staff were incredible, they answered every question we had during our stay and were incredibly helpful. Some of the nicest people we came to know during our stay. We went at a quiet time of...
"Hotel is at excellent location. Staff is more than helpful. But….. property is NOT in 21 century. Property was built in 1987 and everything in the room is from 1987. I mean everything. Mattress is like you are sleeping on concrete slab, furniture is like in your great grandma bedroom. Water pressure slim to none, there are days when without any notice water was shut down. After 10pm no hot water. Also shower cabin is 2x2 feet with shower curtain from dollar store. I am 6,5 so showering was more...
"While the property doesn’t look like what is seen online (it is older), the staff more than make up for this. The receptionist, cook (for buffet breakfast), and the cleaning ladies are exceptional. They are so friendly and went above and beyond with our special requests. They warmed up leftovers for us, and they stopped laying out fresh-baked goods with nuts and seeds to accommodate the life-threatening allergy of one of our small group. There was daily cleaning and you were greeted with warmth...
