"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Most shockingly,...
"BED BUGS!!! I stayed at this place for 4 days and woke up first day with bite marks all over my body. Since there is no front desk, communicating and getting a new room took hours as the staff online would respond every 3 hours with one sentence max. Upon my trip, I tried to get In touch with the hotel regarding my issue and they simply just ignored, offered no compensation nothing. Terrible."

Muita poeira no quarto, os móveis pareciam que não limpos há tempo. Tudo muito antigo e mal preservafo. E além disso, pela noite surgiram muitas moscas que não sabíamos como estava entrando no quarto, algo que acredito que seja comum, pois havia um mata moscas manual no quarto. "The lady who greeted me on arrival was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I had come to the right place (feel terrible for forgetting her name or I would have mentioned it), the rest of the staff were just as pleasant, the breakfast selection was good and all the facilities were perfect to come back to after a day up the slopes."
"Use tram 3 from.the main station to get here. I used a 24 hour travelcard to get around. Beautiful views from hotel. I didn't have a mountain view though, just a concrete wall. They even provide fans. This is a must. Great breakfast. Again lots of smoking outside of the property."
