"The hotel is excellently located, just a 5-minute walk from Genoa Brignole station. The room was quite clean, with the exception of the floor. We stayed in a triple room, which was a bit small, but considering the price, this was expected. The room also had a generous balcony, which made the limited space feel much better. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly helpful, especially when it came to parking. I also wasn't allowed to see the room before making the payment. Regarding parking,...

"There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building. Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."
