"This place was good value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again"

"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful"

"ロケーションが抜群にいい 2階にあり、窓から通り越しに旧市街が望める 共同バス、キッチンがもう少し清潔だともっといい"

"Located close to the station and bus station. However, property is in a poor condition and on the day of check out there was no running water in the bathroom. The previous day, the water flow of the shower was a weak drip."

"when arrived room not avaliable so was sent to nearby hotel for the night went back next day room okay but reception not there most of time but room was ok and powerful shower towels not changed but did not bother me but might others"

"The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at."

"We arrived early and the manager was lovely and really looked after us. The place is such good value! We are a family of 6 backpacking around the Balkans, we just stayed for one night. No complaints. "

"I really enjoyed this hostel, very convenient location, amazing staff and very clean. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful but a special thanks to svetlana who was extra helpful! "

"Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi."

"Everything was good, but the waiter and the restaurant is very aggressive, you should teach him how to communicate with the resident"

"Mahir Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Otel ya da misafir evi gibi değil, kendi eviniz gibi özgür. Mahir Bey muazzam alan bırakıyor, limitsi kahve, havlu,peçete. Her şey için teşekkürler."

"An excellent property bit away from busy area but walkable to all local areas of main attractions in town. Highly recommended. "
