"Jasmine is a wonderful person, she has a very big heart. If you need anything at all she makes sure you feel heard and has made me feel very welcome. I like to try different restaurants but she's such a good cook I mostly eat here. The ac in the rooms work great even on a 110 degree day. The pool is well maintained and she also has a very fair price for laundry service. If I could live here with her family I would."

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...

"It’s a beautiful property on beautiful grounds and 5 min walk to the gorgeous Bic Dong Pagoda Temple and lotus ponds. "

"Generally a good stay overall but there were a few things that could have been better which left us feeling rather unhappy at the end. Staff were on the whole helpful but our check-out experience was very poor and left us feeling a bit miffed. Whilst I was settling the bill at the front-desk my family was practically rushed out - of our rooms even though we still had our bags in the rooms and were doing our final packing - we were still freshening up in our room and had the cards still with...

"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
