"Nice big clean room , king bed + double. King bed was huge. Hot showers. However it was very moist in the room after a hit shower as there is no ventilation, and it's cold at night to open the windows ( it's also very moist outside as well). Food is good at restaurant. Restaurant area is nice. Property is set by the mountains in a beautiful location."

"The employees could not find the Hotels.com reservation when I checked-in. So I paid them directly. This continued for 6 days until they suddenly found the Hotels.com reservation and then expected me to pay again for the same 6 days. I refused so they kicked me out immediately and I had to scramble to find a place and get there with 0 notice."
