"There was no front desk to help me with issues everything had to be done online I had to pull over twice while driving and even then there were problems Room was fine and access to the beach was terrific, just didn't like it that there was nobody on site to help me with problems and that you're on your own to find parking"

Communication (regarding a missing corkscrew and on the availability of extra pillows) was the only difficulty, with really no effectuve help until we happened to meet the person cleaning another apartment.
