"The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

"Rien à redire sur la propreté et le décor de chambre.Lors de la réservation de celle ci j avais demandé d avoir accès à partir de 11 h du matin ,ce qui ne semblait pas poser de problème.A mon arrivée j ai du insister pour rentrer ,réveillant sans doute les personnes de l accueil qui ont accepté "à titre exceptionnel".. Accueil légèrement désagréable."
