"The breakfast is great! Clean and bright breakfast area with good selection of food, including fresh fruit, several different types of baked goods and a cappuccino machine. Our room was clean except for the corners of our shower needed a better scrubbing. And the fridge didn’t work. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would send someone to look at it, but when we left 2 days later it was still not working and no one had come to fix it that we knew of. "DO NOT STAY HERE!! First upon check in I was told my room was ready so I was given my key, got to my room to see the door was wide open, and the room was still waiting to be cleaned. "Close 2 many things, can catch bus on corner and price is right for rooms n service! Staff is awesome and quiet. Best deal!"

"BED BUGS!! We ended up having to leave immediately after finding multiple of them in the bed, on top of having to take a lukewarm shower (at most) because there was no hot water available. We had a newborn and a toddler that we had to rush out with to make it worse! Definitely do yourself a favor and pay the extra dollar for a better place!!"

"There aren't a lot of options in Peoria. This location was perfect for a local wedding and a clean soft bed. There is also a little walking/running trail right next to the hotel/freeway which was convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful which made things like some of the access/entry points not working and the door to the room opening right into the vanity not so aggravating. New carpet or LVP would make a huge difference in the condition."
