"At first glance the room was very clean looking once we turned on the lights we noticed roaches running around the floor wasnt swept or moped the table had some sticky stuff on it, inside the dresser was very nasty they hadn't been cleaned out at all or in a very long time. Fridge had broken shelves the microwave hadn't been cleaned out nor touched with water since bein purchased. Its feces all on the ground outside there are smokers/addicts in the stairway making it hard to get in your room if...

"Ive been staying at this motel for a while....it used to be better kept....dont know if management or ownership changed but the maintenance has been lacking lately.....its easily accessible from the I-17 and it is gated the homeless issue they cant really do much bout it......the Waffle house is within a short walk and its a good place to eat"
