"This facility is very well located at a just few steps from the Dioclesan Palace. Many shops and restaurants are around. Rooms are very spacious, quiet and clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioner works well. Staff members are friendly. It is highly recommended!!!"

"The Internet was on and off but really didn’t work. The actual room was dilapidated"

"No hot water Shower had mold in a private double room"

"It was really hard, almost impossible to talk with the owners. Our room had mold, and garbage from other guests. The room was not adapted at all for 4 adults, contrary to what we reserved. The bed sheets were stained as well as the bed-couch. We ended up sleeping somewhere else without getting a refund. The room is also not safe for a family with kids since they can fall down the stairs."

"We loved our room at apartment Poesia and Frane was the perfect host. He communicated with us ahead of our arrival, helped with finding parking which can be a bit tricky as the area is very busy with both locals and tourists, and was very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for sightiseeing in Split, as well as using it as base to visit nearby towns. There is a supermarket just around the corner. There is a local market selling fruit and veg every day, local shops and cafes,...

"Great swimming pool, good access to the city center. Clean, modern, elegant. Well organised car parking."

"Apartment war sehr schön, durch den hinteren Ausgang kann man direkt zum Strand, wo man auch in Hochsaison schattige Plätze findet. Nette Kaffes und Bars sind auch vorhanden. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort auf alle Fragen. Es war alles sehr schön 🤗"
