"We based ourselves here whilst exploring Normandy and visiting the D-Day Beaches etc. The hotel staff were great, parking is ample and free and the roads are excellent. I would happily stay here again."

"Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal."

"The location across the street from the beach was great. The rooms were small hot. The bathroom shower needed much better cleaning to remove some mold, the beautiful curved staircase was difficult for those with limited mobility, and there is no elevator. The food was not great but the beer selection was good and some of the wait staff were friendly "
