"Near 100 degrees, our air conditioner did not work. When we entered the room the Walls were wet from humidity. Staff kept promising to send a maintenance person up to fix the air but, they never showed. Not only would our bathtub not drain, it had not been cleaned in some time. A layer of filth rose with the water. Coffee pot was disgusting. A layer of white scum was within the water well to make coffee. Took me over Fifteen minutes to clean the pot to use. All staff would say was...

"Clean room was okay, but electric plug-ins were broken and missing bulb from one of the shades."

"Very clean property. Love the double sinks that are separate from the toilet/shower. Hot tub and pool very nice as well. Staff very nice and helpful. Provided us an early AM shuttle over to the airport. Would stay again!"
