"The room was clean, the amenities were good, including the air conditioning. However, because we paid surge pricing 20 times the usual nightly fee because of the Champions League Final, I would expect the hotel might try a little harder. For instance, we did not know about the tourist tax until we checked in, also, breakfast not included! Do not expect coffee/tea in your room, let alone a paper cup! Buyer beware, I guess."

"The rooms were ready at the exact time they said they would be and they were clean! The staff also kept the bathrooms very clean/tidy every day. The complimentary breakfast was good, had multiple options. Very conveniently located. Overall, would stay here again 10/10"

"Det værelse vi fik, måtte vi straks bede om et andet, da det stank af sur kloak/ måske skimmelsvamp. Det nye værelse var ok, bortset fra sengene som var stenhårde. Der trængte det til en gevaldig opgradering, nussede vægge, loftplade der hang løst, slidte og beskidte gardiner. Badeværelset var beskidt og specielt vandhanen var ulækker, lignede noget der aldrig var gjort rent. Vi havde 4 overnatninger og der blev ikke gjort rent, sengene blev redt og det var det. Jeg havde lagt mit håndklæde på...
