"The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

"The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

"Un hotel chargé d'histoire,familial,chaleureux . Des hôtes dans l'échange. Il n'y a pas le confort et la modernité des chaines mais il y a le plus important: l'accueil, la chaleur ,la proximité. Près du centre. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Merci."
