"Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail."

"Los dos apartamentos del piso de arriba que es donde nos alojamos, cada vez que caminábamos se movia el suelo , los muebles....era una locura tanto nuestro apartamento como el de al lado. Me fuy a secar el pelo y me dio una explosion el secador tenia los cables reventados, al principio no me di cuenta. Y saltaron los plomos... El apartamento era para 3 personas y solo habia enseres para comer solo para 2. Los apartamentos son pequeños, demasiados muebles que no sirven para nada y la nevera es...
