"This was a lovely relaxing stay in a spacious clean room with a partial view over Lake Maggiore. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and restful. The breakfast was good value. The staff were lovely, and the hotel was generally kept in good condition and is situated in a great location just up from the railway station. The included Ticino card was great for local travel. "Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,"
"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing — overlooking the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful experience.
The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the top floor, and carrying our suitcases up the stairs was quite difficult.
Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this...

"What a gem of a place! It's run by two folks who clearly put a lot of care, attention, and hospitality knowledge into the experience. I loved the location which was across from a bus stop that runs right into town, next to a grocery store, and within short walking distance of the lovely Ascona waterfront. It was also a good location for morning runs. The breakfast was good and while I didn't try the restaurant, it had lively crowds and the food looked delicious. Highly recommend!"
