"An overall good property with amazing views. Lots of room and places to hang out. The one area of concern was the master bedroom in that the shower, bath tub and toilet are all in the master with no separation. Use of the toilet means doing so without any privacy from the rest of the room. We ended up letting our teenager use that room and stayed in one of the other bedrooms as a work around."

"We had a crazy busy summer with no vacation time, we wanted to get away somewhere for the fall for a quick weekend trip. We loved staying at the honey branch hideaway. The house is wonderful. The kids loved playing on the mountain side. We used the fire pit one evening for s’mores and enjoyed wine on the patio and cooking out. I know area is small but with 4 adults it would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It snowed and electricity was out in the whole town, so we stayed in more than expected! Also better internet service would have been great. Otherwise cottage as great!"

"We are familiar with the area as we have been coming to Eagle Nest and Idlewild since I was a child. We were excited to find such a great place in Eagle Nest. A perfect spot to see the July 4th parade line up and got to watch the fireworks from the front lawn. Hope to rent the place again."

"Great location! Right by resort & lifts. Has everything you need. We were a family of six and were relatively comfortable. Bathrooms had bath products. Kitchen well stocked. Tv came with Roku. Would only recommend bedside lamps. Bring a reading light if you plan on reading at night. Looking forward to coming back! Would highly recommend! "
