"Awesome place. Really nice onsen. Really liked the hot pool options and the cold pool. Easy check in. Easy airport shuttle. Had to look up that you can only catch the shuttle at terminal 2 at bus stop 23-b. Had to catch a shuttle from terminal 1 to 2. No big deal. Added bonus is shuttle on the way to the airport stops at all terminals. Just wish the AC worked a bit better in the pod"

"This is a very good.hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and gave great customer service. The room was clean and the amenities were super good. The hotel gives you bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb and a razor with shaving cream. You also have access to face and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a refrigerator in the room. You have access to a microwave on the 2nd and 4th floors. It's also very quiet throughout the day. The cleaning staff are also super nice,...
