"We rented two rooms. One had no heat. Both had non-functioning showers. There was no hot water available for the shower. Also, water would only come out the bottom bath portion of the shower, not from the top showerhead.
We asked the hotel staff for assistance and they were simply no other rooms to move us to.
Extremely disappointing because the first thing I wanted to do upon arrival after traveling for 24 hours was to take a shower. So I would have to say that the hotel was practically...
"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...
"It's a family-run bed and breakfast place. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff and a decent breakfast with omelette and freshly made bread/juice. Room was large, clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. So getting up and down can be challenging for people with mobility issues. The property compound gate is closed by 9-9:30 pm and you have to call/text the property for them to come and open the door for you. Hot water in the shower was...
"The staff was very friendly and helpful, however it is close to a busy street and the walls are very thin so we did not get very good sleep due to the noise"
"This hotel was nice with an excellent view over Cusco and it is conveniently located near all the main attractions. They kindly stored our bags during our trip to Machu Picchu which was very helpful. Having said this, the breakfast was quite minimal and we did have to pay extra per egg each morning so claiming breakfast is included was slightly misleading. Also, our room had a very bad smell during our stay which we think was from the plumbing. We did try to keep the windows open but there is no...
