"I had a wonderful stay at Letoh Letoh Hotel. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible on foot, making it perfect for exploring the area. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, featuring a Chesterfield sofa that adds a touch of elegance and charm.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms have been beautifully renovated in a contemporary style, combining modern design with comfort and attention to detail.
Overall, LetoH LetoH Hotel exceeded my...
"Spacious, updated, and very clean room with a comfortable bed. The shared fridge was also a great convenience for keeping snacks and drinks during our stay.
Check-in was a little inconvenient, as there was no option to store luggage onsite before the listed check-in time. The hotel does have an associated locker system a couple of blocks away, but it comes with an additional fee.
That said, communication with the property was excellent. Their WhatsApp line was very well monitored, and we...
"Excellent location. Basic room but very clean. Comfy bed. A good option at an affordable price, especially if you are going to be out sightseeing all day and just need somewhere to sleep."
"Location was good but the place was not worth what I paid for it. The property seemed rundown, my room floor was dirty and the air conditioning remote didn’t work. One of the windows was broken and couldn’t be opened properly. Noisy at times."
"First of all, as other guests mentioned in their reviews, the main door to the “hotel” (once inside the building) is neither clearly marked nor explained in the check-in instructions. If it weren’t for another guest (who happened to enter the building as we were confusedly looking around) we would have spent more time than we already had searching for access to our room. The place is more of an average vibe than any decent hotel experience. The room itself has horrible, harsh, cool, bright...
"Conveniently located near a metro stop so you can drop your things and venture out. Very clean and basic with everything you need to explore beautiful Bilbao. Very easy self check-in."
"Clean and well furnished property.
I was a tad concerned with the virtual key system but it actually works very well.
It has everything you need for a stay.
The only cons are it’s in a somewhat rundown part of the old town.
The air con system whilst efficient is on the noisy side.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay."
