"Very nice room had 2 queen bed and one king bed an to my surprise 2 bathrooms one in each room. Also loved that it had a mini microwave and a good size mini refrigerator. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"Online didn't say you have to pay extra for vallet parking, over priced rooms, you can't control the fan on the a/c, the bathroom door was a barn door style and wouldn't stay closed so no privacy in the bathroom. Was not a10 minute walk from Hollywood blvd"

Michael at the front desk was awesome, he even walked my friend and I over to the ovation mall which is very close but it was nighttime and we are two senior women, he also told us to call him and he would walk us back. "This hotel stole from me. They claimed they had no record of my reservation with Expedia. Expedia tried to contact them multiple times for a refund and they did not even respond. Do not let yourself trust this hotel."
