"We asked to be moved from a noisy room to what was hoped to be a more quiet room. The new room was a bit quieter because it didn’t have noisy people in the next room. However, the rooms have no insulation or noise barriers so any sound in the vicinity is amplified in your room. The toilet was also plugged when we checked in and mostly remained that way until we checked out. Not acceptable."

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am. We got there around 7:45 am and there was no hot breakfast. There was just cereal, muffins and some fruits. A bit disappointing. Thankful, there was still coffee! All in all, a very good stay. "
