"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest."
So I had a week of terrible sleep because of the heat.
Food is not great - passable for breakfast, but poor in the evenings."

Stayed here for one night and got billed twice (not sure if Hotels issue or with them). As I was checking out early they’d offered a breakfast bag which I said yes to, but when I showed up the next morning the person in reception had no idea and couldn’t find any.
Stayed in a Standard room which was small and every sound from the room next door could be heard through the walls. Not planning to stay here again"

"The manager of the restaurant was a cool guy. I wanted something to eat, it was quite late, and he accommodated me nicely. I remember I had a Wiener schnitzel thing with potatoes, salad and a beer. Most satisfying. I appreciated his service and tipped him for going out of his way.
It was cold in the room, and the staff said it was impossible to switch off the air conditioner. I asked how this could be, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do. It was supposedly like that...
