"Outside looks phenomenal from the highway but inside was different. Carpet was stained in the hallway of the third floor. Looks like probably a bug spray discoloration. Sheet & pillow cases had stains. Sent pictures to the front desk and nothing got done. They just rearranged the pillows while we’re gone. Shower curtain reeked of mildew. Also notified the front desk."
